A & E
Despite a few hiccups, I have my tags and my bin has been emptied by A & E. I hope this works out. Feels great to be out from under the Greenstar yoke.

As far as I'm concerned, it's fine. There were a couple of hitches at first (I was forgotten twice), but all was sorted with two phone calls.
