Dear Wicklow County Council,

By now I'm sure you've realized that Greystones Beach is missing. If you'd like to know where it is, it's in my bathroom, left there by my three children this afternoon.

Today's NY Times has two articles about places in Ireland. One is about Galway and the other is about Bray. The Galway piece is about all the great things you can see and do if you travel there. The article about Bray talks about how rubbish from the old dump is falling into the sea.

I can just see the tourists jumping at the chance to experience this 'natural beauty'. I have to explain my 'new home town' to all my friends back in my 'old home town'.
